How it works
No technician needed. A TV and an internet connection are enough; the panel does the rest.
Upload photos, type the price and details. Fields follow the category: bedrooms for a flat, plot size and zoning for land.
Choose one of eight themes, from Classic to Iznik tiles and the Bosphorus at night. Switch it and the screen refreshes itself.
Type your short link into the TV’s browser once. Every change you make in the panel reaches the screen in about a minute.
Themes
Each theme draws the single listing, the four-up and the product slide in its own voice. Five come from Anatolia and Istanbul: Iznik tiles, the Aegean, tulips, kilims and the Bosphorus at night.
QR code and WhatsApp
Every listing carries a QR code in its corner. Scanning it opens the listing’s mobile page with all the photos, and one tap calls you or starts a WhatsApp chat.
Offline playback
Content is stored on the TV. If the connection goes, the last playlist keeps running; when it comes back, the screen quietly updates itself.
Slide types
Show your featured listing large with its photo gallery, put four listings on one screen, or set a product’s old and new price side by side. Full-screen images and videos fit in between.
Agents and categories
Assign an agent to a listing and their name, photo and phone appear on screen. The screen speaks the listing’s language: land shows plot size and zoning instead of bedrooms.

A TV with an up-to-date, Chrome-based browser and an internet connection. If your TV is older or not smart, a current Android TV box with Fully Kiosk or Chrome is enough. The screen is designed for 1920×1080.
The panel gives every screen a short link such as tvilan.com/tv/120. Type it into the TV’s browser once; from then on the content updates by itself.
The screen does not go black. The last loaded content keeps playing and the screen updates once the connection is back.
The listing’s mobile page: photos, price, details and the agent. From there they can call you or message you on WhatsApp with one tap.
